The promotion is open to all individuals, i.e. not schools, ECEs, home school groups, school holiday programmes, who purchase a ticket for the school holiday season of the Mrs Wishy-Washy show during the promotional period.

Employees of Tim Bray Theatre Company, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion or theatre company are not eligible to enter.

Promotional Period

The promotion begins on 13th August 2024 and ends at midnight on 13th September 2024.

All ticket purchases must be completed within this period to be eligible for entry.

How to Enter

Purchase a ticket for the school holiday season (28th September – 12th October 2024) to the Mrs Wishy-Washy show.

Each sales receipt counts as one entry into the prize draw.

Prize

The prize pack includes a backstage tour of Mrs Wishy-Washy with Tim Bray QSM, a digital photo with the cast and a family pass to The Santa Claus Show ’24 (four tickets only).

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

The draw will take place on 16th September 2024.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email within two days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within five days of notification, Tim Bray Theatre Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.

Publicity

By entering the promotion, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as reasonably requested by Tim Bray Theatre Company, including the use of their name and photos taken at the backstage tour or with the cast.

General Conditions

Tim Bray Theatre Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues outside its control.

The decision of Tim Bray Theatre Company regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

If Tim Bray, QSM is not available for whatever reason for the time of your backstage tour then we will ensure that you are hosted by one of the Tim Bray Theatre Company team.

Data Protection

Personal data provided in connection with the promotion will be used in accordance with Tim Bray Theatre Company’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand
